Much like an "Amber Alert", a KC Pet-Connect "Lassie Alert" is an all points bulletin, distributed via broadcast e-mail to hundreds of registered participants in and around your ZIP Code area including animal control offices, police depts., animal shelters, veterinarian offices and fellow-pet-lovers from all over the Kansas City area who have agreed to keep an eye out for your lost pet.

There is a $25.00 handling fee for emailing your Lassie Alert.
